Amelia's Stranded Adventure v0.8 Changes


Version 0.8 Harpy and Fairy

A new agile predator, Harpy, is here to claim Amelia!  She may not be the strongest, but once she has a target, she won't give up easily!  

A Fairy has sensed a magical disturbance from Amelia's entry into the world and is desperately searching for the cause of it.  Could Amelia be the one she's looking for?

New Additions:

>>Apex Predator Harpy and tip page added.

>>'Willing' Fairy and 3 tip pages for Fairies added.  See in-game tip for information on how to unlock.  Fairy allows the following:

1. Collection of essence from predators.  This should be the final game mechanic added that applies across the whole game (individual predators may still have their own unique events or functionality).  

Please note: This still needs some feedback.  Essence is mostly for flex for now  Until the final boss gets added, Essence will not benefit Amelia at all.  Some predators may be really hard, but Vigor and Technique are much more important now for this, so as more predators get added some seemingly impossible predators now should get easier with time as more chances to increase Vigor and Technique come along.  May make adjustments if necessary, but some predators may simply be impossible for now.

2. Can prevent Apex Predator that Amelia is currently prey to from eating a Consensual Predator by using magic to 'satisfy' them.

3. Allows transformation.  Amelia's appearance will change and receive many bonuses while transformation is maintained.  Some limitations apply, see in-game tip or Fairy's 'Fairy Details' button for more information.

>>Gallery added!  All images in-game are able to be viewed from here.  Create custom setups by mixing and matching images, or recreate scenes from the game if you like.  Can assign a big and small image similar to how they're shown in-game.  Can make many setups and save them to a Slideshow for easier repeat viewing.  Can also create many Slideshows if you'd like a image set to stick to a theme.  Check out the 'Guide' button on this screen for some instructions.

>>Stats menu adjusted slightly, and bottom row will show important values during Essence Collection (if not collecting essence, is otherwise hidden).

>>New debug button and functionality added (enough to unlock the gallery completely).

>>Map has Y coordinates on the left and X coordinates on the bottom that update depending on current position to help communicate current position.

>>Option Screen added an option to change small image transparency.  

>>Option Screen added an option to swap the big and small image when both are being applied.  Can have the prey image be the big one while the external is small.

Changes:

>>Max Escape Rate is now assigned to each stomach when multiple stomachs are involved.  Escape made easier for Lamia.  Lamia's deepest stomach's max success rate is now 90% (was 75%) and shallowest stomach is now 80% (was 75%)

>>Max escape chance is directly affected by Technique now.  Each point in technique increases the max chance of escape by one percentage point, up to 95%.

>>Neko girl tip updated to say that some actions while sharing a stomach with Amelia she will not participate in unless Amelia is evaluated as prey.  Hopefully this is enough to tell the player that the solo image of Amelia while sharing a stomach with her during early meetings is intentional.

>>Neko girl choosing 'Ask for Freedom' while in the stomach for a long time will set Amelia's mood to 6 or lower.  This will force Amelia out of the willing state and hopefully direct more players out of the impossible to escape while willing situation.

>>Predator Info new column added to see if essence is collected from predator.

>>Roomy Stomach Internals received rework.  If a Roomy Stomach Internal doesn't exist for an action, it will default to a Fetal Position Internal.  Some older images are no longer seen during gameplay, however are accessible from the Gallery still.

>>Bikini buttons only show up if able to be crafted now after Amelia learns it.  As a result, bikini types that are currently impossible to learn until the associated Consensual Predator is added are hidden.

>>Amelia's sleep duration reduced from range of 600-720 minutes to 400-540 minutes.

>>Option Screen 2 settings for On/Off and frequency of Quick Save moved to page 2.

Bug Fixes:

>>Lamia no longer automatically sends Amelia to the deepest stomach upon waking up unless her mood is 'Decline' (meaning Amelia is not seduced and has been prey for less than 24 hours)

>>When Consensual Predator is calling method to get eaten by Apex, a check is now done to make sure a Consensual Predator isn't already prey.  If there is, the feeding is cancelled and they undergo a 5 hour recovery before finding a different Apex Predator.  This should fix any bad timing issues where Amelia and other Consensual Predator choose Feed Predator and later a different Consensual Predator that already was on the way to feeding that predator tries to automatically feed that predator.

>>Fixed issue with Consensual Predator leaving Apex being called twice, causing Amelia to not get a chance to interact with Consensual before they leave.

>>Ordering issue was causing Allie to not give Amelia her bikini back after eating her after the challenge was offered.  Now if Amelia declines the challenge and gets eaten by Allie without leaving the encounter, she will be able to recover her bikini after the eating event is over.

>>Uncommented some code that is required for mobile predators to chase.  Amelia should have a much easier time finding hidden/unmet predators now (Woops!)

>>Success calculation for Struggle and Rub Walls simplified enough that even I can finally understand it.  Before, the only success possible was from failing a few times in a row for the guaranteed success.  Now, at max mastery and without any other influences, it will always be 75%, while having a 25% success rate with low/no mastery.

>>Older saves were not adding new predators to a Consensual Predator's Predator Tracker list, preventing new predators from ever getting visited by Consensual Predators unless 'Feed Predator' was selected.  Now, the game will make sure that each Consensual Predator is tracking every predator by adding new ones to this tracker list.
